Returns & Replacements

You have the right to exercise the right of return within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can decide whether to return all products or only some.

The purchased items can be returned and you can do a request for a replacement or refund, provided that they are sent back, within 14 days, to the Distribution Center in perfect condition.

You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product (of equal value) or a direct refund with the original payment method.

The refund is usually made within 14 working days from the receipt of the products and the amount is refunded through the payment method used to make the purchase.

Delivery charges of the products to the Distribution Center are payable by the customer, who can freely decide the courier to rely on, except for defective items or shipping errors, whose delivery charges are payable by Mi.Lo.srl.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY
  • Returned items must have the label and must be returned in their original packaging;
  • Returned items shall not show visible signs of wear or use;
  • We do not accept replacements or refunds of customized or engraved items.
